The property is nice and the staff is excellent. Whatever you need is in this reasonably spacious room with a heater and shower. the breakfast is more than delicious and amazing. the setting is super, adjacent to the hilltop and the mountain behind, the center and Stepantsminda church, and Kazbegi - a pretty nice area.

The venue was clean and the staff were nice and helpful. The room was nicely decorated, tidy, with exceptional views. There was a huge variety of food for breakfast, it was appetising. Location: the hotel was near to the centre as well as the mountain behind.

the personnel was very amiable, and the host too. upon arrival i was offered wine. enjoyed the room with brand new furniture, my bed was comfy.

The breakfast was absolutely delicious, with a wide variety of Georgian dishes to choose from. the location was great, close to the main area with bars and restaurants. Plus, the view from the room was stunning, with a perfect view of the nearby church and mountains.

The lack of signage made it difficult to find the guesthouse, and we had to rely on asking a neighbor for directions. there was no water when we first checked in, and we even came back to an unflushed toilet after a day of hiking.

Excellent hospitality, impressive house with awesome views. Generous breakfast spread of delicious Georgian food. Convenient location near town center with easy access to bars and restaurants. Highly recommended guest house for a warm and comfortable stay.

Breakfast: The breakfast served at this place was like a symphony of flavors! Each morning, I was greeted by a splendid spread of a Full English or Irish breakfast. It was a culinary masterpiece that filled my stomach with delight and set the tone for a fantastic day ahead. It was definitely worth waking up early for!

Water pressure: Shower pressure was a bit underwhelming, but that was a blessing in disguise. With the weak pressure, there was no need to worry about the shower curtain not reaching the floor.

I had an amazing stay at this hotel! The host was incredibly kind and even spent time with my daughter, letting her play the piano. The home-cooked breakfast was delicious and featured local food. The host served us a different item each morning and even packed food for our day tour. The private balcony had a 360-degree view and the blankets provided were perfect for outdoor sitting. The large windows in the room allowed us to enjoy the breathtaking mountain view. The hotel's location was convenient, being close to the center and within walking distance of markets, bakeries, and ATMs. I had a fantastic experience and would definitely come back!

This place is absolutely mind-blowing! The room was incredibly spacious with a fully-equipped kitchen and a luxurious bathroom. The hostess, Nino, was super friendly and surprised us with delicious treats throughout our stay. The panoramic views from the apartment and terrace were jaw-dropping. Definitely coming back!

I recently stayed at Nestt in Stepantsminda for a few nights and had a wonderful experience. The hotel has a great location with stunning views of the mountains and Gergeti Monastery. The room was clean and comfortable, with a private bathroom and plenty of hot water. The owner was friendly and went out of their way to communicate and make me feel at home, even offering a piece of cake. I also appreciated the warm room and the cozy sofa. I had a fantastic stay and would definitely return.
